1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the platform.
2. Transportation Services & Liability Limitation
Zeppico operates as a technology platform and commercial vehicle provider connecting users with independent driver partners. We do not own the vehicles, nor do we employ the drivers directly. Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any damages. We are a vehicle provider company. You agree that Zeppico is not liable for items transported by third-party drivers beyond the terms of explicit transit protection agreements purchased at the time of booking.
3. Vehicle Capacity Constraints
Shippers must strictly adhere to the weight constraints for assigned vehicle categories. Two-wheelers / bikes are limited to packages strictly up to 10 kg. Exceeding payload ratings constitutes a violation of motor carriage standards and may result in trip cancellation.
4. Restricted & Hazardous Goods
Users may not use Zeppico services to transport hazardous materials, contraband, toxic substances, illegal items, or unmanifested high-value currency without explicit prior written authorization.
